The honeybee is perhaps one of the most useful insects for mankind. Honeybees have made it possible for humans to get the goodness of honey and also beeswax. They play an important role in cross-pollination thereby giving good agricultural yield; the honeybees have an excellent social system. Basically they are divided into three categories viz. the queen bee, the males called drones, and the females called workers. They are equipped with five eyes and six legs. Honeybees have a stinger that can cause death if lost. The honeybees are known to collect nectar from flowers and keep it in the beehive to form honey. Honeybee industries are thriving due to the honeybees’ ability to provide honey, wax, pollen, venom etc.
