    Kids love playing and what better way to make them build their fitness and stamina other than play. Gross motor and fine motor development of a child shapes up during his formative years and it vital that the child be exposed to suitable activities for growth and development. Activities such as Hop Scotch; Hop ‘N” Run, Bunny hopping etc. are some of the hopping ideas good for children. Skipping a rope helps to build up the lower and upper extremities. So allow children to skip using a skipping rope to the count of 20 or more. Hoop jumping, taking leaps forward, rope jumping, jumping from low chair to the ground are all excellent ways to promote development.
